Section 1: Course Provider Disclosure
By enrolling in a course through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1.1 In-Person Courses Courses listed under Jackson Heights are offered by Bobby’s Learning Center Corp., licensed to use the Bobby Tariq® trademark. Courses listed under Jamaica are offered by Bobby Tariq Tutorial Inc., licensed to use the Bobby Tariq® trademark.
1.2 Online Course The Self-Paced Online SAT Prep course is jointly offered by Bobby’s Learning Center Corp. (Jackson Heights) and Bobby Tariq Tutorial Inc. (Jamaica), both licensed to use the Bobby Tariq® trademark.
1.3 Trademark and Brand Structure Bobby Tariq® is a registered trademark of Bobby Tariq IP Holding LLC. The use of this name across locations reflects a licensed brand identity and does not imply unified ownership or joint liability. Each course provider is solely responsible for its own services and operations.
Program Duration and Missed Classes

All instructional services provided by Bobby’s Learning Center Corp. (Jackson Heights) and Bobby Tariq Tutorial Inc. (Jamaica) conclude on the designated program end date. Any class missed due to absence, lateness, or other circumstances will not be made up, credited, or refunded.
Refund Policy
Section 3: Refund Policy
Each course includes a fixed number of scheduled classes. If a parent or legal guardian requests a refund before the course concludes, the applicable course provider will calculate the refund by deducting the value of all completed classes based on the standard per-class rates listed below. This calculation applies regardless of any promotional, discounted, or custom pricing originally applied. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. Any class missed due to absence, lateness, or personal circumstances will be considered completed and is non-refundable
Per-Class Rates for Refund Calculations:
SAT Course: $235 per class
SHSAT Course: $170 per class
High School Subjects: $150 per class
Grades 5–6 Subjects: $120 per class
3.2 SHSAT Course-Specific Terms
SHSAT courses are either scheduled to run until the official SHSAT test date or are structured around a fixed number of classes, as specified in the course description (e.g., “20 classes” or “35 classes”). If not otherwise specified, the course is understood to run until the official SHSAT test date, as determined by the New York City Department of Education. While this date may vary each year, it typically occurs in November. The course will conclude on the actual SHSAT test date, even if that date is earlier than anticipated at the time of enrollment.
For courses that run until the test date, the total number of scheduled classes is based on the time remaining between the student’s enrollment and the official test date, excluding any holiday closures as described below.
General Schedule:
Classes are typically held on weekends during the school year. During summer sessions, classes are generally scheduled from Sunday through Thursday.
Holiday Notice:
Certain holidays—including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Eid—are not included in the SHSAT course schedule. Classes may be canceled for the entire weekend or for multiple days surrounding these holidays, even if the holiday itself does not fall on a weekend. These holiday periods are excluded from the course calendar and do not count toward the total number of scheduled classes.
Photo Release & Liability
By enrolling a student in any Bobby-Tariq® program, the parent or legal guardian grants permission for the student to be photographed or recorded within the tutoring center, including but not limited to classrooms, common areas, and office spaces. These photos and recordings may be used by the applicable course provider, as defined in Section 1, and affiliated entities licensed to use the Bobby Tariq® brand, for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes across print materials, digital platforms, and social media, without expectation of compensation. Enrollment also constitutes acknowledgment that the applicable course provider is not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from the student’s academic performance, results, or progress in the program.
Acceptance & Understanding of Program Information
By enrolling a student in any program offered under the Bobby-Tariq® brand, the parent or legal guardian confirms that they have reviewed and agree to the program’s terms and conditions, including billing policies and procedures. Enrollment constitutes consent to the student’s participation and acknowledgment that Bobby-Tariq® reserves the right to adjust the program schedule, curriculum, start and end dates, and class times as needed for academic or operational purposes.
Payment Method Selection: Pay in Full or Installments
By selecting the "Pay In Installments" option on the checkout page, the parent/legal guardian authorizes Bobby-Tariq® to store and charge the provided credit card according to the published payment schedule on the checkout page. If you choose the "Pay in Full" option, you authorize us to charge the program's total cost on your card in one transaction.

Texting Bobby-Tariq Tutoring Center – Jackson Heights at (718) 457-1294 or Bobby-Tariq Tutoring Center – Jamaica at (718) 210-3430, or providing your mobile number during course registration or checkout, constitutes your express consent to receive SMS (text) messages from the applicable course provider, as identified in Section 1 of this Terms of Service. Messages may be sent directly or on behalf of entities licensed to use the Bobby Tariq® brand. These messages may include both Customer Care Messages and Marketing Messages. Customer Care Messages include class reminders, tutoring updates, attendance alerts, schedule changes, payment confirmations, and technical support communications. Marketing Messages may include promotional offers, limited-time discounts, registration deadlines, and announcements about new or upcoming tutoring programs. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP.
