Section 1: Introduction and Course Provider Disclosure
This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and protected when you visit our website, interact with our tutoring services, or access any of our online learning platforms. By using our site or enrolling in a course, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Our services are operated by three distinct legal entities:
- Bobby’s Learning Center Corp. provides in-person and online services associated with the Jackson Heights location.
- Bobby Tariq Tutorial Inc. provides in-person and online services associated with the Jamaica location.
- Bobby Tariq IP Holding LLC owns the Bobby Tariq® trademark and licenses its use to the two operating entities. It does not directly provide tutoring services.
All online courses (SAT Online, SHSAT Online and 9th Grade SHSAT Online) are jointly offered by Bobby’s Learning Center Corp. and Bobby Tariq Tutorial Inc. Although these entities share a unified brand, website, and student platform, they are legally independent. Each company is solely responsible for its own services, operations, and handling of personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The use of the Bobby Tariq® name does not imply shared ownership or joint liability.
Section 2: Information We Collect
When you register for a course, complete a form, or use our website or self-paced SAT online course platform, we may collect personal information such as your full name, your parent or guardian’s full name (if applicable), email address, phone number, mailing address, selected course details, and the date and time of registration.
We also collect technical and usage data, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on each page, and how you navigate the platform. To improve our services, we use cookies and similar technologies to analyze website traffic and user behavior.
Additionally, we collect activity data related to your course usage, such as questions answered, scores, performance metrics, annotations, notes, highlights, and access history within the platform.
If you make a purchase, payment information is collected and processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.
Section 3: Administrator Access and User Activity Monitoring
Authorized administrators may access user accounts when necessary to view the platform from the user's perspective and monitor activity. This access is used strictly for purposes such as resolving technical issues, assisting users, maintaining platform integrity, and improving system functionality.
Administrators may view user-submitted answers, score reports, performance metrics, questions answered, annotations, notes, highlights, login history, time spent on the platform, and account information provided during registration.
As the platform does not include messaging or private communication features, no personal messages are accessed. All administrative access is governed by internal protocols and is used solely to support and enhance the quality and reliability of our services.
Section 4: Information Provided from Other Sources

We may also receive information from Bobby Tariq IP Holding LLC, the licensor and owner of the Bobby Tariq trademark, as well as from other licensed users, business partners, referring agents, or third-party organizations.
For example, if your enrollment is arranged or paid for by a parent, school, employer, educational agent, or licensed partner, they may provide us with your personal information—such as your full name, email address, phone number, or course preferences. This information is used to complete your enrollment, manage your account, and provide you with access to our educational services.

Additionally, we may use your information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms and policies, and detect or prevent fraud or unauthorized activity. In some cases, we may use your data in ways clearly disclosed at the time of collection and only with your consent.
Section 6: How We Share Information
We may share your personal information with companies licensed to operate under the Bobby Tariq® brand, as well as with Bobby Tariq IP Holding LLC, the owner and licensor of the Bobby Tariq® trademark.
Your data may also be shared with trusted third-party service providers that support the delivery of our educational programs—such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Stripe. These service providers help us operate our platform, deliver course content, manage communications, and securely process payments. These providers help us operate our platform, deliver course content, process payments, and provide technical infrastructure.
If your enrollment is arranged and paid for by a third party—such as a school, employer, or sponsor—we may share relevant performance and usage data with that party, where appropriate.
We may also disclose your information when required to comply with legal obligations, enforce our policies, or respond to lawful requests from public authorities. In the event of a business transition—such as a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or corporate restructuring—we may transfer your personal information as part of that transaction, provided that the receiving party agrees to handle your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Please note that third-party platforms and services may have their own privacy policies, which govern how they handle your data once it is shared. We encourage you to review those policies directly if you have concerns about how your information is processed by external providers.
